Peer Review Process

• Coordinator Upload Guidelines can be found on BMC2.org

• Case lists are posted on the password-protected side of BMC2.org as of March 15th, 2023

• Data Coordinators should upload de-identified case documentation to BMC2 Peer Review Uploader Website – Deadline April 14th, 2023

• Each site will have 1 – 6 cases to upload

• The Coordinating Center will review documentation for completeness April 17th, 2023 – May 1st, 2023

• The Physician Review Period is May 8th, 2023 – June 5th, 2023

• Each Physician Reviewer will review 10 external review cases

• BMC2 VS sites will not be performing internal reviews
