New Cardiac Rehabilitation Utilization Quality Improvement Award

The Michigan Cardiac Rehab Network (MiCR) is excited to announce the Cardiac Rehabilitation (CR) Utilization Quality Improvement (QI) Award, a new mini-grant opportunity designed to empower local problem-solving and provider-driven innovation in cardiac rehab quality improvement.

The CR Utilization QI Award will provide a series of mini grants of up to $5,000 to project teams who submit competitive proposals for new ideas or existing QI efforts aimed at improving patient participation in cardiac rehab.

Further details regarding the award, eligibility criteria, application instructions, and additional resources were announced via email and are available on the MiCR website. The application period will close on May 10th, 2024.
