2025 Approved Pay-For-Performance Goals

The 2025 BMC2 Pay for Performance (P4P) Index Scorecards and Supporting Documentation are now on bmc2.org. To access these documents, visit “Quality Improvement” and then click on “Performance Indexes” on the left.   

Please note:

PCI Only Sites:

  • To access the BMC2 PCI Only Pay for Performance (P4P) Index Scorecard and Supporting Documentation click on the respective links or visit the “Quality Improvement” page on bmc2.org and then click on “Performance Indexes.”
  • The measurement period for Measure 10 is January 1st, 2024, to December 31st, 2024, and the baseline period is October 1st, 2021, to September 30th, 2022.
  • We have changed the name of some of our meetings in 2025 (see those underlined below.) 
    • Physician Champion meeting opportunities to earn P4P points include:
      • The PCI In-person Spring Collaborative Meeting: May 10th, 2025, from 10 am to 3 pm, location TBD (Physicians and Coordinators earn P4P credit.  Opportunity for Physicians to earn 1 extra credit point.)
      • PCI Virtual Collaborative Webinar: February 20th, 2025, from 6 pm to 7:30 pm (Physicians earn P4P credit.  Non-physician participants are invited but attendance is optional.)
      • In-person Physician Meeting w/ Michigan ACC:  Date and Location TBD (Physicians earn P4P credit.  This meeting is for Physician participants only.)
    • Data Coordinator meeting opportunities to earn P4P points include:

  • Extra credit points can be earned by participating in an approved activity such as Physician attendance at the Spring Collaborative meeting, presenting at a meeting, engagement in a work group/task force, referral of an engaged patient advisor, and other special initiatives which are TBD (see measure 11.)  Maximum points earned is 5 extra points.
